How to test CO2 laser tube:
(After receiving the product, please according to the following procedure to test the CO2 laser tube whether it can work or not)
1, Make the current to 10mA~15mA, burst of cardboard at the place of outlet 10cm, immediately release, the round spot will shown;
2, Make the current to 15mA~20mA, at the outlet 10cm, using 10mm~20mm acrylic burst in about 10 seconds, until the cone shown;

The composition of CO2 laser tube:
Consists of three main parts: Hard glass, resonant cavity and electrode.
1. Hard glass:  fired into the discharge pipe, water pipe, gas and air return pipe by GG17.Sealed off CO2 laser tube is usually three layer casing structure. The inside is discharge tube, is in the middle of the water purifying set, the layer is a gas storage sets, the air return pipe is used for communicating the discharge tube and gas tube;
2. cavity resonator: Consists of reflecting mirror and output mirror. The full-mirror general use optical glass as substrate, the surface of gold film, the gold film mirror reflection in 10.6um attachment rate of more than 98%; The resonator output mirror generally made by use transmission 10.6um infrared radiation material germanium (Ge) as the base, coated dielectric multilayer film in the above;
3. Electrode Part: CO2 lasers for general use cold cathode, the shape is cylindrical, Cathode material selection has a great influence on the life of the laser, the basic requirements for cathode materials are: low sputtering, gas absorption rate is small, commonly used metallic material is nickel.

Installation instructions:
1 Connecting electrode line, (+, -) is not to take the wrong.
2 Connection the cooling water pipe. 
  Positive side connect water inlet pipe,Negative side connect the water outlet pipe.
  Up-out and down-in.
  Not leaking.
  After switching on the water, Make sure no air bubbles within the water cooling pipe.
 
 
 
 
Maintenance:
1. Before use, please check use must look at the water cycel is normal and no bubbles.
2. Always check if there is any dirt or grease on the negative output mirror, If so, then stained with fat-free cotton scrub ether, otherwise it will affect the power and the spot, and affect the service life of the laser.
 
Common Faults:
A, Engraved is not deep:
1. The laser can light but not deep engraved: check the supporting point of the laser tube is reasonable or not, whether the light intensity is set too small, whether the optical path shift, whether the focal length is correct, whether ytterbium sheet surface scratches and dirt, whether the flow of cooling water's flow pressure normal, if no problem with the above checks, then check  whether there are scratches and dirt inside the laser's lens light outlet pipe, if normal, then it is the quality of the laser tube's problem.
2. Emitting the light for a while before the engraved is not deep: 
For this problem, first check the supporting point of the laser tube is reasonable, whether the water temperature exceeds 30 degrees, the lens is heat at work, whether the flow of cooling water flow pressure is normal, if the cooling water clean, above normal then check the laser tube.
 
B, the high voltage ignition and discharge:
1. Check if there is any dirt and moisture at the around of high voltage cap, if its too close from the metal parts of the machine; 
the other is a laser high-voltage power supply connecting device is fell off,  whether internal high-voltage connection device disconnection or destruction. 
If above normal, then it is the laser tube's quality issue.
 
C, the laser tube broken, cracked, water cooling head off:
1. Whether the water is controlled in the range of 25 ℃ -30 ℃, the cooling water can not freeze in cold regions, especially after laser shutdown, may not allow the cooling water retention in the laser tube.
2. Whether luminous work under the protection of water control; (test whether light can emit with the water's on-off or not)
3. Check the water pipes have folded or not.
4. Whether there will be bubbles within the laser tube.
5. Check whether the water pressure is normal; whether the flow directions is correct or not.
6. If 1-5 terms are all clear, then it the laser tube's quality issue.
