980nm semiconductor laser with single mode optical fiber laser using high performance butterfly type semiconductor laser, the combination of optical fiber FBG wavelength locking to ensure stable, SMF output. The of professional design of the driving circuit and TEC control to ensure the laser safety and stability work. The laser can be used in scientific experiments and production test, suitable as a pumping source of fiber laser and optical fiber amplifier, can provide desktop (with an LCD screen) or modular package according to customer requirements.
